Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership
The foundation of Blue Ribbon Health. This is the membership open for enrollment now.
Founding Member Rate: $150/month (locked in through the practice's October opening — limited spots)
Standard Rate: $200/month (after launch) Dependents (ages 13–18): $125/month

Commitment: 3-month minimum, with a discounted rate available on a 12-month commitment.
Enrollment note: Because of how the practice is structured, membership approval requires a clinical meet-and-greet with the nurse practitioner before enrollment is finalized — this isn't an instant online checkout. A deposit can be placed now to hold a Founding Member spot ahead of the October opening.
